Q: How can I contact Sugar Works Bath & Body?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and more! If you click on Shop Pay you will see all the options. If you are on an apple device you will see Apple Pay.

 

Q: Shipping - How much do you charge for US shipping?

A: Shipping costs within the US is currently $9.95 per order. We use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service. We will be working on a shipping app to give each customer their own shipping price based on their order. USPS Priority Mail runs us up to 18$ per order.

 

Q: What is TAT?

A: TAT (turn around time) is the time it takes from placing your order to shipping your order. There is a link on the top of our homepage for TAT, and this is updated regularly. An approximate time span is given. We estimate our TAT to the best of our ability, but this may be affected by sales, new collections, or a sudden influx of orders, so please understand that this is a general estimation and not a guarantee. TAT time is also work days/biz days. M-F

Please keep in mind that each Sugar Works product is made-to-order based on the customer's specifications. Due to the custom nature of our product, our turnaround time may be slightly longer than what you are used to for "off the shelf" products, but we hope that the wait is worth it for our fresh, fun and unique products. We are also adding a Daily Made - Ready To Ship Collection, where we make amazing products that are ready to ship! 

Q. Do you test on animals?

A. No way, Sugar Works Beauty Lab loves animals! Our products are all cruelty-free.

Q. Do you use Parabens in your products?
A. No! Not a single product we carry has Parabens!

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Here at Sugar Works Bath & Body we only offer fresh, custom-made products. All orders are made to your specifications and because of this, we are unable to offer refunds.

Q: My scrubs are not the same colors as they are pictured on the website. Did I receive the wrong item?

A: Our scrubs are custom made and may arrive in different colors that what is pictured on the website. In order to speed things along, we don't require our staff to adhere to color codes for products. Therefore, while you will definitely get the scents you order, our item colors can possibly vary. We strive to make every item beautiful and fun!

 

Q: My item arrived in a different container than last time (or a different container than pictured on the website). Is this normal?

A: "We strive to put our products in the same type of containers pictured on the website. However, sometimes, the exact containers are unavailable and will therefore be substituted with another reasonable container of approximately the same weight as ordered.
